The General Accounting Office has overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the University financial statements, for the production of external financial statements and certain key internal financial management reports, coordination of the University's external audit function, and for certain aspects of Federal and State tax compliance. In addition, General Accounting performs the daily operational accounting for Endowment, Plant and Planned Giving Instruments.
