People who have financial responsibility for university accounts and transaction review responsibilities are granted access to electronic financial report files that provide detail and summary information about the specific DeptID or Project/Grant. The process for determining who has access is managed by Budget and Fiscal Officers and also Sponsored Programs Accounting (SPA) for Grant access.


Changes to Report Access
Requested changes for individuals authorized to access report folders should be made as follows:
- Requests for an access change to DeptID and Project folders should be made by sending an email to your school BFO.
- BFO will forward the request for change to Financial Information Systems for access update.
- Requests for an access change to Grant folders should be made by sending an email to a representative within Sponsored Programs Accounting.
- SPA will forward the request for change to Financial Information Systems for access update.
