Please be aware . . . .
The grant create process can be delayed if:
- SPA does not have all required documentation
- The award is not signed by all parties involved
- An error is found in the grant’s budget
- The award is possibly a gift and may not be managed through SPA. SPA will make a final determination on whether the award is a gift or a grant. Gifts are managed by the Office of Financial Planning and Budget.
